The stock upper arms limit suspension performance when lifting your truck, but our arms address this issue. We replace the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, increasing wheel travel and durability. The arms are made with thicker 1.50\" x.188\" wall tubing for strength and do not require removal of the factory droop stop\/perch. Our arms are designed using CAD\/CAM software and manufactured in-house with precision welding and CNC machining. They correct camber and caster, improve driving characteristics, and come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings and FK 1.25\" PTFE-lined uniballs. The arms are powder-coated and include all necessary hardware. Using the latest CAD\/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel.
