The specific timing of when the reflected \nsound waves re-join the main exhaust flow creates a \none-hundred-and-eighty-degree out-of-phase sound wave that cancels out \nproblematic frequencies.\u003cbr\u003eThe quad tip version of our A5 Touring Edition exhaust features four 90mm \n(3.50 inch) slash cut tips, located on each side of the car. As with all \nthe systems, each tip is available in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black \nplating. The tips sport engraved AWE Tuning logos and are double-walled to \nensure a mirror polish, even under hard usage. Each tip is individually \nadjustable, so stagger and depth into bumper can be set according to \npersonal taste.
