Lethal Performance 99-04 SN95 1200+rwhp Return Style Fuel System

The newest addition to the Lethal Performance fuel system lineup is this 1200+rwhp capable return style fuel system. Not only have we made the systems more affordable, but they're also easier to install. The new 1200+rwhp system uses only 2 Walbro 400lph fuel pumps . Since the system only uses 2 pumps there's no more triple pump upgrade kit or 3-into-1 y-block needed. The new hat which houses the GSS342 pumps has oversize bores for it's feed and return. We've also moved over from the npt style fitting to o-ring style fittings which form a better seal and are easier to work with.

This system is completely compatible with E85 as all of the aluminum used in it has been anodized and the o-rings used are Viton.

NOTE: This system comes standard with Fragola PTFE fuel hose. PTFE fuel hose is more durable than the standard hose and prevents fuel smell typically found when using non PTFE hose.We have used the standard Fragola non-Teflon based fuel hose on several of our shop cars with both gasoline and E85 with excellent results and no fuel smell. If you would like the non PTFE hose please choose that option from the dropdown menu. If you decide to purchase this kit with the standard hose Lethal Performance will not be liable for claims of fuel smell after installation. 

The Lethal Performance return style fuel systems are designed as a "dead head" setup. This places the regulator before the fuel rails which we've found works better than the traditional return style setup. 

We use this same exact system in several of our shop cars including our 1150rwhp E85 powered 2013 GT500 and 872rwhp E85 powered 03 Cobra. 

The fuel lines in this system come pre-assembledDue to this, the installation of the system becomes much easier as you will not need to install any hose ends. With that said, the system is designed to be installed one way. If you try and install the lines in any other configuration then the one we designed it for you won't be able to properly install the system.

  • -The SN95 dual pump return style fuel hat can house (2) Walbro 465lph DCSS pumps, (2) Walbro 400lph DCSS pumps, (2) GSS342 pumps the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pumps or the DivisionX Stryker 340lph pumps. It has a return port built into it so there's no modification necessary to your stock tank. This assembly is a direct replacement for your stock fuel pump setup and bolts right in. It's got a single -10an feed and a -8an return port. All of the DivisionX hats are hard anodized in black for extra protection are are fully compatible with regular gasoline as well as E85.

This allows your (2) Walbro 465lph DCSS pumps, (2) Walbro 400lph DCSS pumps, (2) GSS342 pumps the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pumps or the DivisionX Stryker 340lph pumps to operate without losses from undersized OEM wires and will help in dropping duty cycle. Wiring for the ground and fuel level sender also included.

Well made and put together fuel system. Only nit-pick is that it should come with a 90* FRPS block for 99-01 Cobra's because otherwise the FRPS its self hits the upper intake manifold and wont allow the fuel injectors to be properly secured.

Only issue is that the fuel level sender isn't working anymore. This is a common issue and it's usually due to a bad ground. So if you're installing this, check that your gauge works before you put the fuel tank back together and into the car. (Posted on 4/2/16)
