#teamlethal customer Zach Meyers was trying to outdo our own #projectgoldmember this week at a track rental at Orlando Speed World Dragway. We see you, Zach!
Zach has a 2018 Mustang GT that he purchased in July of 2018 and quickly got to work making it quick. Zach is no stranger to performance, parking the 2018 Mustang GT next to his beautiful Dodge Viper in the garage.
In just a couple of months, Zach had already purchased a Gen 5 3.0L Whipple Supercharger for the car. After a few trips to the track and getting the tuning dialed in with Lund Racing, Zach had the car in the 9s with the 3.75" pulley and E85. From then until now, the car has seen quite the transformation in mods...and it has PAID OFF.
At the track rental this past week, Zach ran a new personal best and set the record for the quickest supercharged 10r80 Mustang with an 8.534 @ 161 mph! Not only did he set the record for the quickest, but he also was cutting consistent 1.24-1.26 sixty foot times just like Goldmember, our 2018 Mustang GT. Zach is still on the STOCK CONVERTER (yep!) launching in 2nd off the footbrake. Congrats, Zach!
