The Metco Motorsports auxiliary idler kit for the Lightning is cleverly engineered to be a simple bolt on and to be the ultimate solution to belt slippage.

The kit consists of a heavy-duty, precision-machined aluminum plate that offers an optimized location for the included black hardcoat-anodized 90mm idler pulley.  The plate bolts to existing bolt locations on the vehicle and locates the pulley just to the right of the supercharger pulley, maximizing belt wrap and eliminating slippage.  The necessary fasteners are included, including steel stand-offs precision-machined from high-grade steel as well as a billet bearing cover for the pulley. Illustrated installation instructions are provided.

This kit is compatible with both Eaton and Kenne-Bell superchargers, and is also available with a larger 100mm idler pulley (MLI-100, also listed in this section) for use with overdrive (smaller) supercharger pulleys.  Both 90mm and 100mm kits are available with a double-bearing idler pulley upgrade.

This valve cover breather assembly replaces the original oil fill cap found on the passenger side of the factory valve cover. The base is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit, and the included silicone O-ring is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the breather. The filter base is microfinished for surface protection and good looks, and is easily hand-polished to a mirror-like appearance. The removable filter element is a high-quality reusable unit from S & B Filters, which is securely retained in the filter base by the specially-machined retention groove at the top of the base.

The purpose of this valve cover breather is to vent unwanted accumulation of pressure in the crankcase, and to provide maximum circulation of ambient air in the crankcase to reduce oil temperatures. The installation of this breather will contribute to increased engine oil life and reduce the possibility of failed engine seals resulting from excessive crankcase pressure. This breather will reduce the effectiveness of the vehicle's PCV system, and it is not emissions-legal.

The kit includes (2) tube plugs needed to seal the vent line between the air inlet boot & driver's side valve cover, which is recommended when the breather is installed.

Note: This breather stand is also available with a male #10AN connection at the top instead of the provision for the breather element. This configuration is designed for use in a custom crankcase evacuation system or for use with a vacuum pump. Please see Metco Motorsports PN MBR0004-10AN, listed elsewhere in this section.

Metco 99-04 Mustang Fuel Pressure Gauge Adaptor

Most aftermarket fuel rails don't have a schrader valve on the fuel rail for you to connect a fuel pressure gauge to. So Metco Motorsports has developed a Billet Adaptor which will allow you to hook up a fuel pressure gauge without any hassle at all. Machined from Billet Aluminum and designed to fit in between the fuel rail and fuel rail pressure sensor your problems are solved. The adaptor also comes with 2 ports so you could run a fuel pressure gauge as well as hookup a wet nitrous kit to it.

Comes with all bolts and hardware for a simple bolt-on installation.
