Now available from Lethal Performance is a cost effective, complete return style fuel system for the SN95 platform installing the 5.0L Coyote based engine. This fuel system is based off the "Budget Return Style Fuel System" that is offered for the current 99-04 engines, but modified to accommodate the stock Coyote fuel rails that do not utilize a FRPS (fuel rail pressure sensor).
How does it work?
It starts with a DivisionX billet fuel hat that houses (2) return style Walbro GSS342 pumps. The fuel hat installs in your stock fuel tank. Then we use the DivisionX hat to stock line adapter to connect the hat to your stock feed line. The next piece is a threaded adapter features the OEM spring lock receiving end and a -8an male thread that installs a DivisionX two port fuel pressure regulator directly onto the stock fuel line in the engine compartment. From other end of the regulator, we supply a length of -8an fuel hose to feed the stock Coyote fuel rail that attaches using a special adapter fitting with -8an male threads. The return line exits from the bottom of the regulator and runs under the car and returns back to the DivisionX billet top hat. The last piece of the kit is our famous Lethal Performance dual return style harness which features (2) 20amp relays, (2) 10ga power and ground wires and dual 10ga power wires from the battery. In addition our harness and hat use OEM 6 pin connectors to make it a plug and play setup which requires no soldering.
If you're unfamiliar with a return style kit here's how it works.
The fuel pumps are wired to run full time. Fuel pressure is set by the mechnical fuel pressure regulator. The excess fuel bleeds off the regulator through the return line and back to the tank. In this system we use a boost reference regulator. That means that for every 1psi of boost the regulator see's it's going to mechanically raise fuel pressure by 1psi. So if you start with a base pressure of 40psi and make 20psi of boost you'll end up seeing 60psi of fuel pressure when in full boost. What's great about a return style fuel system is that it's easy to tune, doesn't use any returnless style electronics and works great for both street and track applications. We run return style systems on our 2011 5.0L GT, 2010 GT500 and 03 Cobra. There's no reason to look back once we went return as we now know how well the return style system works.

NOTE: This system comes standard with push-lock fuel hose which CAN weep a bit of fuel smell. We have used this hose in several of our shop cars with both gasoline and E85 with excellent results and no fuel smell, but some customer have noticed a smell and Fragola has acknowledged this. If you decide to purchase this kit with the standard hose Lethal Performance will not be liable for claims of fuel smell after installation. With the release of the DivisionX S197-C fuel hat, we're excited announce several different return style fuel systems for the 2013-2014 GT500 owner in need of more fuel.
These fuel systems are designed to help safely support higher hp levels and come with everything needed for a complete installation. So whether you're looking to support 700rwhp or 2000rwhp, we have a kit specifically designed just for you.
The all new V2 system is run in a traditional style where the regulator is placed after the fuel rails. Fuel is fed from the DivisionX fuel hat through a 10an feed line to our high flow fuel filter. From there it splits at a Y-block into -8an feed lines. Each line then feeds the rear of each fuel rail indivisually and returns out of the front of the fuel rails to the Aeromotive Pro Series regulator where it's then returned to the tank using a -8an return line.
NOTE: This system comes standard with Fragola PTFE fuel hose. PTFE fuel hose is more durable than the standard hose and prevents fuel smell typically found when using non PTFE hose.We have used the standard Fragola non-Teflon based fuel hose on several of our shop cars with both gasoline and E85 with excellent results and no fuel smell. If you would like the non PTFE hose please choose that option from the dropdown menu. If you decide to purchase this kit with the standard hose Lethal Performance will not be liable for claims of fuel smell after installation.
One of the major improvements these new systems offer are the single feed line. In the past, our systems used a different fuel hat which required the use of a 3-into-1 y-block. That also created the need for more lines and fittings making the system cost more and more difficult to install. The new systems use the DivisionX hat which has a single outlet and single return eliminating the use of an external y-block.
The DivisionX fuel hat is a direct replacement for your stock fuel hat. Simply remove the stock setup and the DivisionX hat drops right in. The DivisionX hat uses the same OEM venturi setup and level sender as the stock pump system did so your fuel level will always read accurately.
Easy to Upgrade- If at any point you grow out of the system you're in and need to step up to the next system to support more hp all you need is the pumps as all of the systems are the same except for the pumps.

Are you running out of fuel with your current combo or simply looking to support more power or different fuel types without breaking the bank? We've got the solution for you. The all new Level 2 Return style fuel system for your 2011-2017 Ford Mustang GT is exactly what you need. The Level 2 system varies from the Level 1 system as it no longer uses your stock fuel rails in a deadhead configuration. Instead it now uses the fuel rails supplied with your Whipple or Edelbrock supercharger kit and is run in a traditional style routing for the hoses. We accomplish this by using a Y-block at the end of the main feed line which then feeds each aftermarket fuel rail from the rear. We then leave each rail from the front and feed the Aeromotive X1 Series Pro EFI Bypass Regulator where the fuel is regulated and then returned to the tank.
Utilizing the DivisionX S197-C billet fuel hat as the systems backbone you can run up to 3 pumps based on what type of power you're looking to support and what fuel you'll be using. We then run a 8an feed line to our aftermarket fuel filter and from there the Aeromotive X1 Series Pro EFI bypass regulator. Our Level 2 system uses all Fragola PTFE fuel hoses which are pre-assembled and won't leak or smell of fuel. Included in this system is our dual pump return style wiring harness which is plug and play with the DivisionX S197-C fuel hat. The triple pump wiring harness is available as an upgrade for those looking to run 3 pumps.

The Lethal Performance Level 1 2018+ return style fuel system was designed for those looking to make big power as well as have the option to run different fuel types.
This is a single regulator fuel system which feeds the DI pump and fuel rails from a Y-block. Fuekl is then regulated by the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator on the drivers side and returned back to the fuel tank.
Fragola pre-assembled PTFE lined hoses are used for the hose routing. The Fragola PTFE hoses not only look good and are easy to install, but they also don't have any fuel weep or smell to them whether you run pump gas or Ethanol based fuels. The PTFE fuel hoses are also covered in a black coating to help prevent the stainless outer braid from rubbing or scratching any part of your vehicle.
Wiring for this system is super easy with the provided Lethal Performance Triple pump fuel wiring harness. Our triple pump wiring harness features high quality wires/components, 3 40amp relays which are all individually fused and the main power from the battery is also protected by a fusible link.
This particular system is designed specifically for those running a stock manifold.
This fuel system will work with gasoline, race fuels and Ethanol based fuels such as E85.

The all new 2020 Shelby GT500 is here! As we've seen these cars make some crazy power right from the factory. Add E85, a custom tune, griptec pulley and some exhaust and these things are cracking 900+rwhp at ease. Although the factory fuel system is a dual pump system and with some larger injectors can support some decent HP levels we know there's the Lethal type customer that's wanting to push the limits even further.
This is why we developed our Lethal Performance 2020 Shelby GT500 return style fuel system. Our systems come as dual pump setups with the option to add a third pump. So depending on the HP level you're wanting to support you can build your kit to suite your specific needs.
The system uses a set of the DivisionX billet Coyote fuel rails and is run in a traditional style routing for the hoses.
