Hellion Power Systems 03-04 Cobra Single Turbo System

I have an 03 Cobra, factory blower, with pulley, intake, exhaust, and tune and i want to turbo that setup on top of the blower and still have the car street-able. Will the Hellion Power single turbo system work for what i want to do? I know i might have to move some stuff around and i dont have a problem with that. Hopefully someone can help me out on this setup i know somebody has done it before. Thank you
