Lethal Performance Supercharger Porting

Lethal Performance is proud to offer the Lightning and Harley Truck community a simple and affordable bolt on power adder. With years of experience our porting specialist has come up with a port design thats dyno proven to add 30+rwhp!

Test results show a 25rwhp gain with just the blower porting.. In addition to the Blower port we also offer the Throttle Body and Plenum to be gasket matched and fully ported to remove any all defects and restrictions that come on a factory Eaton blower..

All you need to do is give us a call and arrange to send your blower to us. The port includes the Blower, Plenum and Throttle Body to be ported. We will handle your parts with extreme care and you will get them back from us in the same condition they were sent to us. Freight is payed by the customer. With a quick turnaround time we will then ship your blower back to you. If you have any questions about arranging to send in your blower or would like to see if we have cores available to swap out please feel free to give us a call.

"Very happy with this and it just goes to show that you don't have to spend a fortune on porting to get the results. I must confess that I was slightly scepticle when I saw how little material the Lethal guys take out of the blower but they obviously got it right, and with more material left in place I would assume that this safeguards against distorsion. Some other notes ..... Didn't have to clean my I.C. It was really good. Maybe previous owner had done it and I put a seperator on as soon as I bought it ..... I was expecting to see flaking on the rotors, but they had no coating on them at all. I don't know what year Ford ( or should I say Eaton ) started Teflon coating, but mines an 01 and it didn't have it ..... "Hi Guys. As many may know, I've just had my blower ported by the Lethal camp. I was delighted to see a 25 rwhp increase, but how did this relate to the track? Well, I'm just this minute back from the track after running for the first time since this port job. Before the port my best ever was 13 secs flat @ 105. This was in February in nice dry cold conditions. Recently with the grotty heat and humidity ( Florida ) I've been running constant 13.4s and 13.5s. Tonight, with the same conditions, with my new port I ran my best ever - 12.96 @ 106. I ran three times ... 13.1, 13.1, & 12.96. This was on DRs. Best 60' was 1.88. I'm absolutely thrilled with the Lethal Guys. Thanks Derek & Jared. Great job."
