Ford 2003 Lightning Updated Head LH

Blow a spark plug out your head? It is a known fact that the older model Lightning and 5.4L in general dont have enough threads in the head for the spark plugs and will "spit" them out and blow the threads out the head ruining your head. An alternative is to heli-coil the head, however Ford has finally addressed the problem by adding more threads to the heads. Our Lightning blew the threads as well, and we have since upgraded to the new heads as it is the correct way to address the problem. The head comes complete.
