Spec 01-04 Mustang GT Clutch Kit (Stage 3)

    • NOTE: To determine which clutch your 01 GT needs count the passenger side valve cover bolts. 14 bolts means you need the 8 series clutch

    SPEC Star Clutch kits are one the newest and most popular clutch upgrades.

    stage 1 - 410 ft lbs tq capacity
    stage 2 - 520 ft lbs tq capacity
    stage 3 - 680 ft lbs tq capacity
    stage 4 - 680 ft lbs tq capacity
    stage 5 - 1100 ft lbs tq capacity

    New Stage 3 X-pad design features Ceramic-Carbon based puck facings. The new pads allow the streetability of carbon but offers the performance of ceramic.

    Star Clutch Kits include: clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and alignment tool. Stages 1-3 recommended for street/strip Stages 4-5 Race only.
