Easy, bolt in installation and the added performance of an AFCO Aluminum heat exchanger are now available for the 99-04 Ford Lightning F-150 and 02-03 Harley Davidson.

Now the same winning performance is available as an easy bolt in heat exchanger for 99-04 Ford Lightning F-150. The model 80245N is specifically designed to be a bolt in heat exchanger for 99-04 Ford Lightning F-150. No modifications to the truck are necessary for this simple and easy bolt in installation. We include all the necessary mounting hardware to install the larger then stock heat exchanger in the factory location.

Testing has shown the AFCO heat exchanger to reduce the operating temperatures of the supercharger by maintaining a lower constant temperature in the system and faster cool down after a hard run. This will prevent a loss of horsepower from supercharger heat retention. This allows more consistent e.t.'s on the strip and not giving anything up on the street.
