Hypertech 04-06 5.4L F150 Power Programmer III

To re-tune your engine for maximum horsepower and monster torque throughout the entire RPM range, just plug the Power Programmer III into the diagnostic port of your vehicle and answer a few simple "yes/no" questions.

When you connect the Power Programmer to your vehicle, its “smart” program instantly recognizes your vehicle’s powertrain by reading its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The VIN contains specific information on the engine, transmission and drivetrain. The Power Programmer decodes this before it downloads the Power Tuning program that is precisely tailored to your vehicle. The Power Programmer is incredibly powerful, but it is also incredibly easy to use. Reprogramming does not require any tools, knowledge of vehicles or computers. If you choose to do so, you can return to stock programming in just minutes. However because the Power Programmer is so powerful, there is really no reason to return to stock programming.

Hypertech's dyno-tuned and road-tested program produces gains of up to 20 horsepower and 39 ft./lbs. of torque on gas motors.
