We all know how important it is to keep our engines cool especially since the 03-04 Cobra's are know to have cooling issues. We've been offering cooling products for a while now but wanted to put together some discounted packages for those looking to buy it all at once. So here is the Lethal Cooling Pack 1 which consists of:

All TIG welded aluminum construction.

No need to move or get rid of your battery!!

Mounts in stock location.

Uses a Fuel Cell Style cap

CNC punched holes for Fuel cell and stock style cap mounting *NEW*

Inlet and outlets are in the stock location so there's no need for 1,643 ft of hose.

All reservoirs now come with built in filter system on the outlet side!

Billet cap threads and beaded inlet/outlet tubes for hose grip.

5 times (500%) more fluid capacity than stock plastic tank.

Top of the line plug valve drain from Parker

Pack it with ice for those track and dyno runs

**96-04 Mustang/Mustang GT/MACH 1/COBRA** This aluminum Mustang coolant tank is a direct bolt-in replacement for '96-'04 V-8 Mustang's. Tank features 1/4" barbed bottom inlet fitting. Aluminum top accepts after market cap.

AFCO Pro-Series Dual Pass Heat Exchanger
The Pro Series Heat Exchanger is significantly larger and built as a DOUBLE PASS design. The new double pass design incorporates a 360 degree welded baffle to prevent any internal coolant bypass. These baffles force coolant through the top half of the heat exchanger and then the bottom half, giving the heat exchanger the opportunity to dissipate heat twice. Using this unit provides a cooler, more stable coolant temperature to the intercooler even when the engine is being pushed to it’s limits. This process provides more consistent performance on the street and lowers ET times at the strip.

The AFCO Pro Series all aluminum heat exchanger core is over 28”. This AFCO PRO-Series Heat Exchanger has by far the largest cooling coverage out of all of the heat exchangers on the market for the 03-04 Cobra. This product is designed to fit perfect and bolt right on..
