Lethal Performance and Whipple Superchargers are proud to announce the official sponsorship of J.R. Lewis!!!
J.R. is the proud owner of a Torch Red 04 Cobra which was originally purchased with a 2.3L Whipple and Lentech automatic transmission. After many trips to the track he decided he wanted to take it to the next level. Since then his passion for performance has transformed his 04' Cobra into quite possibly the fastest twin screw cobra on the planet. With the help of his good friend Ken Tingle, George Seeger , Dave Guy and the rest of the crew at SGS Automotive, Johnny Lightning Performance, Lethal Performance and Whipple Superchargers the car is ready for more record setting runs.
J.R.'s current setup consists of:
Johnny Lightning Performance Shortblock w/Custom Ported Heads
3.4L Whipple Supercharger
C-4 Transmission
Custom Return Style Fuel System
Solid Axle
and much much more.
J.R.'s last outing at the track yielded an amazing 9.23@145.8mph!! What's even more amazing is that since that run there have been quite a few changes which will hopefully put J.R. into the 8's!
We're honored to have J.R. as part of the Lethal Performance crew and look forward to being by his side as he sets new records and paves the way for the 03-04 Cobra community.
