ModMax 4.6L -17cc Power Adder Dished Pistons-Stock Bore

Forged 17cc and -9cc Power Adder Dished pistons made by CP Pistons to ModMax specs for 4.6 & 5.4 engines. These pistons are forged from 2618 alloy that offer tight clearances and minimal expansion for less noise. They are a total of 17cc and -9cc round dish with no valve reliefs and are designed to work with the stock 4.6/5.4 stroke and rod length as well as the stock sized .866" pin. The design is a great high performance, power adder (blower, turbo, nitrous) upgrade and will hold up under boosted and nitrous conditions up to 1400 horsepower. They have extra thick tops, beefed up pin bosses, thick skirts, and thicker ring lands as well as a heavy duty .866" pin. They also feature pressure relief reservoirs, double spirolox for full-floating rods, and thick tops and lands for holding up under severe racing applications. These pistons utilize 1.5mm-1.5mm-3mm ring grooves and must only be used with ModMax 250-04600-05,25,35, Plasma Moly File-Fit rings. Each piston includes pins and spirolox.
