Metco Motorsports 5.0L Whipple/Roush idler Pulley Kit

Improve the belt to pulley surface area on your supercharged Roush or Whipple with this new idler package from Metco Motorsports.
The stock idler pulleys that come with the supercharger are small, 76mm and leave too much belt slack when you go to a smaller supercharger pulley.

This package replaces the lower idler behind the water pump with a 90mm and the upper idler with a 100mm
By replacing both of these pulleys you greatly increase the belt wrap around the supercharger pulley and the amount of belt slack in the overall pulley system resulting in less belt slip and more consistant boost levels.

Features:

• All components are CNC machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum for light reciprocating weight, accuracy and minimum run out.
• Billet Idler Pulley is "Hard Coat" anodized for superior belt wear protection and bearing bore hardness. 
• Same brand and grade, sealed for life bearing as used in the OEM Idler Pulley. 
• Attractive "Automotive" style machining resembles 5 spoke wheel.
