Lethal Performance is proud to now offer our 99-04 Lightning/02-03 Harley Davidson Triple Pump Complete Fuel System. Our complete fuel system comes with everything you need from the back to the front. This is a major improvement over the stock fuel system of the lighting and will support big power. If you've got a 3.4L Whipple or Turbo setup you can feel more comfortable that you'll be supplying your engine with the fuel it needs. The fuel is delivered to the engine by 3 Walbro GSS342 pumps though the all new Fore Precision Works Billet Fuel Hat. Using aftermarket fuel lines, filter and rails the restrictions of the stock system are no longer an issue. Our fuel systems use top of the line lines and fittings from Fragola and are easy to work with. Top it off with a Fore Precison Works F4 fuel pressure regulator, 10 Micron Fuel filter and Aeromotive High Flow Fuel Rails you've got the best of what the industry has to offer.

Fore Precision Fuel Hat :

All new from Fore Precision Works is their 99-04 Lightning/Harley Fuel Hat manifold. The Lightning/Harley fuel hat can accommodate 2 or 3 Walbro GSS342 pumps so you have the ability to custom tailor your fuel system to your specific needs. The FPW hat is a direct replacement for your stock fuel assembly and still used the same OEM level sender to register fuel levels properly. All internal CNC machined fuel passages with o-ring interfaces means no more potential for blowing off hoses inside the fuel tank. Three pairs of permanently sealed upgraded 12 gauge wires for fuel pumps. Allows your high current GSS342 pumps to operate without losses from undersized OEM wires. No welding or caulk used in assembly or manufacturing. Full billet components use o-rings, OEM seals, and epoxy sealed through conductors. If you haven't seen one of Fore Precisions fuel hats yet you'll be amazed once you do. These are made from high quality billet aluminum and use only the best fittings and hardware.
