Lethal Performance 2011-2014 Shelby GT500 T304 3" Stainless Steel Offroad H-pipe

NOTE: We highly recommend running this pipe with a custom tune. If you run this pipe without one not only will the car throw a check engine light but you won't fully benefit from getting rid of the cats. So not only does the tune turn off the rear o2's to prevent the check engine light from coming on it will also turn off the Cat Over Temp protection feature in the tune. That feature dumps fuel in order to cool the stock cats. Since the cat are no longer used with this pipe that feature if not turned off will only richen up the air fuel mixture and result in sacrificing some performance.

Lethal Performance is proud to release our 3" T304 Stainless Steel offroad h-pipe for the 2011-2014 Shelby GT500. Just like our offroad H-pipe for the 07-10 GT500 you can expect excellent gains and a more aggressive sounding exhaust. Our offroad H-pipe is made with 3" mandrel bent T304 Stainless Steel and is a direct bolt-on requiring no cutting or welding. Installation should take you less than 1 hour using simple hand tools. Just remove the stock catted H-pipe and install our 3" offroad pipe and you can expect gains of up to 15rwhp. We tested a similar 3" offroad H-pipe on our own 2012 Boss 302 on Power By The Hours dyno and in 99deg temperature with 93 octane saw a 14rwhp increase over stock. That's on the stock tune, stock catback and stock manifolds.

Customer Reviews

Great fit, Pretty easy install Review by Motorhead
I installed this pipe on my 14 GT500.The fit is very good. When removing the stock catted pipe, the upper right side O2 sensor is really hard to get to the plug to unplug it.So don't,just break it loose and unscrew it and let the wire twist around. When reinstalling it just twist the wire so that when you screw it in it will be about right. The new pipe came in 3 pieces and that's how i put it in.I put the right side on[left nuts loose] then the left side[left nuts loose] and the center[put the clamps on the center before install].Slide the rear clamps forward to hold the pipes and then put a jack under the center to hold it up where i wanted it.Tighten the manifold nuts[15mm] evenly, look it over, then tighten it all up.Install the other 2 O2 sensors[22mm or 7/8". I decided on the H pipe because i didn't want the raspy sound of the X pipe. [To each their own].You will have to have the rear O2's turned off with a SCT or similar. A good time to also go with a throttle body,CAI, and tune from Lethal. The pricing i got from Lethal was good and like i said the fit and look is really great! (Posted on 3/29/14)
