Lethal Performance 03-04 Cobra 1200+rwhp Return Style Fuel System
The newest addition to the Lethal Performance fuel system lineup is this 1200+rwhp capable return style fuel system. Not only have we made the systems more affordable but easier to install. The new 1200+rwhp system uses only 2 pumps. That' right (2) 400lph twin turbine DCSS pumps from Walbro will supply the same amount of fuel as our older 3 pump GSS342 system did. Since the system only uses (2) pumps there's no more triple pump upgrade kit or 3-into-1 y-block needed. The new hat which houses the new 400lph DCSS pumps has oversize bores for it's feed and return. We've also moved over from the npt style fitting to o-ring style fittings which form a better seal and are easier to work with.
This system is completely compatible with E85 as all of the aluminum used in it has been anodized and the o-rings used are Viton.

The SN95 dual pump return style fuel hat can house (2) Walbro 400lph DCSS pumps, (2) GSS342 pumps the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pumps or the DivisionX Stryker 340lph pumps. It has a return port built into it so there's no modification necessary to your stock tank. This assembly is a direct replacement for your stock fuel pump setup and bolts right in. It's got a single -8an feed and a -6an return port. All of the DivisionX hats are hard anodized in black for extra protection are are fully compatible with regular gasoline as well as E85.
-O-Ring Style Fittings for Feed and Return (No More Teflon Paste Needed)

-Oversize pump retainer for (2) Walbro 400lph DCSS pumps, (2) GSS342 pumps the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pumps or the DivisionX Stryker 340lph pumps, snap on electrical connectors for pumps
-Direct replacement for your stock fuel pump assembly. Bolts right in using an OEM gasket for a perfect seal as well as it uses the OEM 03-04 cobra fuel sending unit in the same stock location.
-Eliminates the PPRV and offers a direct in-tank hose routing to both fuel pumps for optimum fuel delivery.
-Two pairs of gas blocked 12 gauge conductors using 12ga Mil Spec fuel resistant wires for fuel pump wiring to the FPDM(s). This allows your (2) Walbro 400lph DCSS pumps, (2) GSS342 pumps the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pumps or the DivisionX Stryker 340lph pumps to operate without losses from undersized OEM wires and will help in dropping duty cycle. Wiring for the ground and fuel level sender also included.
-No welding or caulk used in assembly or manufacturing. Full billet components use o-rings, OEM seals, and gas blocked through conductors.
-Hard Anodized in a deep black finish for extra protection

The DivisionX fuel hat manifold includes:
- CNC Machined from high quality billet aluminum
- All Gas Blocked wiring for the Pumps, Ground and Level Sender including the proper spade connectors to connect the wires to each fuel pump
- Oversize pump retainer for (2) Walbro 400lph DCSS pumps, (2) GSS342 pumps the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pumps or the DivisionX Stryker 340lph pumps, and AN -8 fitting for return port
- Pre-cut and installed Gates 30R10 Submersible Fuel Hose for each pump
- All XRP an Fittings
- New Bolts for mounting the assembly to the fuel tank
NOTE: Uses the factory 2003-2004 Cobra level sender or you can use any 99-04 GT, 03-04 Mach-1 or 99-01 Cobra level sender with the purchase of the SN95 level sender adapter bracket.
