Ford Racing 96-04 4.6L DOHC Mustang Aluminum Flywheel



The manual transmission flywheels listed fit the 4.6L DOHC Mustang performance engine applications. They are dimensionally the same as stock and have the same zero-balance specifications as stock flywheels. The Aluminum flywheel is the lightest flywheel available, reduces rotating mass for faster engine acceleration in race applications. This is the same flywheel that came on the 2000 Cobra R. Fits 10.5" and 11" clutches. Meets SFI 1.1.



Note-4.6L Engines may have 6 or 8 bolts to attach to the crankshaft. Check the engine code before ordering. Romeo built engines have 6 Bolts and Windsor built engines have 8 Bolts. All Cobra motors have 8 Bolts. The 8th character in the VIN is (X) for Windsor engine plant or (W) for Romeo engine plant.
