Stainless Works 05-09 Mustang GT 1 5/8" Header Kit

Lethal Performance is proud to carry Stainless Works new 1 5/8" Headers for the 05-09 Mustang GT.

These headers are manufacteured from 16 gage 304L stainless steel, and are CNC mandrel bent for perfect fit, include CNC laser cut 3/8" flanges, smooth flow formed collectors, and are completely tig welded.

Kit includes:
  • Tig welded 304 s/s headers with 3/8" thick flanges and smooth flow collectors
  • (2) 3" High flow converters
  • 3" lead pipes to connect to factory exhaust system
  • (2) 24" long front O2extenders
  • (2) 16" long rear O2 extensions
  • (2) adapters stubs to fit factory exhaust system
  • (2) adapter stubs for 3" Stainless Works exhaust sytem
  • (8) 3" single band clamps.


    • Chassis Dyno Testing has shown gains of up to 30rwhp with proper pcm calibration.
