The DivisionX Gen 3 fuel hat is the solution to all of your fuel supply issues. Whether you're simply looking to convernt to a more stable return style system or looking to support over 1400rwhp this is the answer.

The DX fuel hat replaces stock fuel pump assembly on all 2005-2010 V6, 2005-2010 4.6L 3V GT's, 2007-2012 5.4L Shelby GT500's and allows you to convert over to a return style fuel system. It's cnc machined from high quality billet aluminum and anodized for extra protection.The DX is compatible with several different fuel pumps including the Walbro GSS342, DCSS 400lph pump, DCSS 465lph pump, DivisionX 340 Stryker Pump and the Aeromotive 340 Stealth Pump. So whether you need to support 600rwhp or 1400rwhp you have several options. The fuel hat also utilizes the stock fuel tank venturi system and level sender for oem functionality.

The best feature of this hat which makes it stand out above the rest of the competitors fuel hats is it's superior OEM bulkhead connector setup. Other fuel hats on the market simly pass wires through the hat relying on epoxy or gaskets to seal them properly. However we've seen plent of those designs leak fuel either on the outside of the wire sheathing or from the fuel running up through the wire strands. The DivisionX fuel hat uses an OEM 6 pin connector just like Ford uses on their GT500 fuel pump assemblies. This means no wires, no epoxy and NO LEAKS. In addition to that these hats are compatible with the plug and play wire harness from Lethal Performance. Just install the harness and it plugs onto the fuel hat with the same 6 pin connector.

NOTE: 2010+ GT's and GT500's use a different level sender than the 05-09 GT's and 07-09 GT500's.Due to that all 2010+ GT's and GT500's need to re-use their stock level sender with this hat. To properly install your stock level sender use the dropdown menu to add the 2010+ level sender bracket to your order.
