Just released from Centerforce is the all new DFX kit specifically made for the 05+ Mustang GT! If you haven't heard about the DFX let us tell you that this clutch is pretty much invincible. When the DFX first came out Lethal Performance was one of the ealry companies to start testing it. The clutch was used in the 03-04 Cobras and we soon found out that this DFX clutch Centerforce told us about lived up to everything they said it would handle. The DFX was supposedly rated at around 600rwhp however over the last 2 years we have tons of data from customers running over 800rwhp with it and without any slipping at all. Don't take this clutch lightly though as it isn't for everyone. The cerametallic material and 6 puc design make it a clutch thats not easily slipped. If you're looking for a daily driving clutch then we recommend the Dual Friction over the DFX as it's a little more streetable. With that said if you are making some nasty power with your S197 by way of Supercharger, Turbo or Nitrous and need a clutch to withstand almost anything there's no question about it. The DFX is exactly what you're looking for.
