All new at Lethal Performance is another amazing product from our good friends over at divisionX. For some time now we've seen the need for a better fuel rail solution. Up until now the rails available to the market had not fit all applications as well as there were a few applications that required modification for them to fit.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

As we worked with divisionX to make a better designed fuel rail the objective was to make a higher quality rail than anyone else which will fit all applications. An example of this is the 2.3L Whipple for the 03-04 Cobras. The plenum on the 2.3L Whipple was designed to flow as much air as possible. In doing so it's quite large and causes interference with aftermarket rails. To this day you would either have to grind the underside of the plenum and rail or run a supercharger spacer to space the Whipple off of the lower manifold creating more room for the rail to clear the plenum. For most no one wants to start grinding their $3000+ supercharger and it's kept many from upgrading their fuel systems.

We're proud to say that the divisionX rails do not have to be spaced, ground down or modified to fit any of the aftermarket twin screw blowers. Fitment has been confirmed on: 2.3L and 3.4L Whipple Supercharger in addition to the 2.2, 2.4. 2.6 and 2.8L Kenne Bell blowers.

There's more to the divisionX Rails then fitment as they also provide some features that no other rail on the market does. Up until now if you wanted to run an electric fuel pressure gauge you would need a fuel block that mounted in between the aftermarket rail and fuel rail pressure sensor. Same goes for tapping into the rail for a nitrous setup. The additional block is no longer needed with the divisionX Rails as they have 2 ports machined into them already. This allows for you to run the fuel pressure sending unit or nitrous connection by simply screwing the sending unit or NPT fitting into the already machined ports.

Another huge feature of the divisionX rail is the actual design. Due to the way some other rails on the market have been designed leaking fuel at the injector can occur. This is because the rails do not sit 100% on top of the injectors. They are mounted to the manifold in a way which tilts the rail on an angle and keeps them from properly sitting on the injector. The angled design compromises a secure fit.

The divisionX rails however have a complete uncompromised fit which sits straight on the injector providing a leak proof seal. Not only is this the way the rails should fit on the injectors but when looking at the divisionX rails mounted on the car they are straight and look how they should.

divisionX Fuel Rail Features:

These are the most well conceived fuel rails available for this specific application:

-OEM positioning, orientation, and size of o-ring seats for injectors.
-Robust bolt on mounts for safe and reliable injector seating. Stainless steel mounting hardware included.
-Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor positioned to not interfere with large case twinscrew superchargers. (i.e. Whipple 3.4L)
-FRPS bank includes a 1/8" NPT fitting for remote fuel pressure sending units for in car fuel pressure gauges. Optional block-off available for return style systems.
-Auxilliary connection bank has provisions for locking down a Kenne Bell restrictor orifice for FRPS replacement without fear of losing restrictor orifice.
-Unique low profile design clears inlet of twinscrew superchargers. Overall rail height is the same as the OEM rails WHILE providing a 56% larger bore than the stock fuel rails.
-SAE o-ring boss ports (-8 size) on front and back of both rails.

These fuel rails are machined from 6061-T6511 from a solid block of aluminum. There are no welds or caulk to fail.

DivisionX 2-into-1 Y-Block with Fittings

The DivisionX 2-into-1 Y-Block are CNC machined out of high quality billet aluminum. They use (2) 3/8" NPT inlets and a 1/2" NPT outlet so you have several different fitting combinations to choose from. If you're wanting to run the stock fuel line but still run an aftermartket set of divisionX rails you'll need a bunch of fittings, hose and a special adapter to do so. That's why we pieced it all together as a kit.

The new idlers from divisionX are not only the best looking idler to hit the market place but were also designed to be the best performing idlers as well. The design was inspired from the 2010 GT500 wheel which looks amazing. divisionX idlers are cnc machined out of high grade billet aluminum which ends up getting hard anodized for a long lasting protective finish. It uses not one but two heavy duty ball bearings which are meant to outlast the single bearing design as well as stand up to the abuse that these idlers see from being spun at such high rpms. All of the idlers also come with a cnc machined dust cover which helps provide support for the idler and keep dust and debris out of the bearings. 

These idlers not only work with their idler bracket but also can be used as a heavy-duty replacement for the two idler pulleys on the factory crossover bracket, and as a heavy-duty replacement for the factory crank idler on the 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra.

DivisionX 99-04 Stock Level Sender Bracket

This bracket can be used to adapt your 99-04 GT, 03-04 Mach-1 or 99-01 Cobra fuel level sender with the DivisionX SN95 fuel hats. This means that you no longer need to purchase the 03-04 Cobra level sender in order to run a DivisionX hat. Simple install this bracket on the fuel hat and clip your stock level sender onto it and you're done.

The SN95 dual pump return style fuel hat can house (2) Walbro F90000267,F90000274, F90000285 and F90000295. It has a return port built into it so there's no modification necessary to your stock tank. This assembly is a direct replacement for your stock fuel pump setup and bolts right in. It's got a single -10an feed and a -8an return port. All of the DivisionX hats are hard anodized in black for extra protection are are fully compatible with regular gasoline as well as E85.

The block off plate simply bolts to the fuel rail in the location where the FRPS used to be and seals off the port that used to feed fuel to the pressure sensor. The DivisionX block off plates come in a clear or black anodized finish and are a direct fit on all DivisionX 2v and 4v fuel rails.

Stainless steel screws and O-ring are included.

When running a large supercharger such as the Whipple 3.4L or 4.0L and aftermarket fuel rail the FRPS can interfere with the side of the large compressor. The DivisionX adapter simply bolts to the fuel rail and relocates the FRPS sensor 90deg off to the side.

Once machined the rails are sent off to be anodized for a long lasting protective finish. New from DivisionX are these high flow fuel rails for your high powered Coyote and Road Runner engine. Precision machined from 6061 billet aluminum, these rails feature a high luster black anodize finish for great looks, stealth and corrosion protection. Inside diameter is 11/16" which makes them THE highest flowing on the market and they are used in all of our 850-2000rwhp fuel systems. The ends use -8an O-ring threads so there is no need for any thread sealer for a leak proof seal and come equipped with two 1/8" NPT ports to supply fuel to a fuel pressure sending unit or a nitrous fuel solenoid. Plugs are included in the case you are not going to utilize the 1/8" ports.

The TopHat™, engineered and manufactured by Custom Performance Engineering, Inc., is the ultimate in upgrades for the fueling system. Accommodating those wanting to run two pumps for a bump in power, to those targeting 1200hp with ethanol – this setup is the all in one solution.

The design of the fuel system supports up to three 400lp, 465lph, 485lph, 535lph fuel pumps, delivering more fuel than the more standard 255lph pumps. The pumps are secured with O-rings for optimal height and to isolate vibrations from the aluminum body of the system.

To cut the cost of upgrading, simplify the amount of parts and eliminate additional plumbing to reduce leaks we have integrated the merge for the three fuel pumps in the hat itself. Ease of installation is always a big concern for our customers and cp-e™is striving to deliver in this department.

Any fuel coming back through the return line is fed down through a ½” stainless steel tube to the bottom of the tank. This helps eliminate aeration of the fuel, providing a more consistent pickup. To further reduce aeration a side port has been incorporated, channeling fuel away from the pump pickup. The supplied O-ring plug blocks off one direction or the other.

Reverse engineering using a CMM arm, modeling OE components and with precision CNC manufacturing we are able to make the TopHat™ as plug and play as possible. We utilize the factory siphon system to extract fuel from the other side of the fuel tank. Necessary features have been CNC milled to mimic OEM design to accommodate the factory level sender, placing it in the exactly the same position as OEM.

The wiring harness is isolated and sealed from the fuel tank with a proprietary Delrin wire seal. Delrin has one of the highest resistances to fuels of any plastic, so it was chosen to provide a lifetime of trouble free operation.
