Lethal Performance 99-01 Cobra Dual Pump Fuel System
NOTE: The Fore Precision Hat being sold in this kit is made for the 03-04 Cobra which uses a different fuel tank as the GT/Mach-1. The difference between the GT/Mach-1 tank and Cobra tank is the baffle system. The baffle system is what keep the fuel from sloshing away from the fuel assembly and allows for there to always be fuel for the pumps to draw. When installing the Fore Precision hat on the GT/Mach-1 tank it will bolt in however you'll need to clearance one of the plastic tabs that interferes with the Fore Precision assembly. Besides that the only other item is that since the GT/Mach-1 tank doesn't have as good of a baffle system as the Cobra tank does we suggest you don't run the fuel level down below 1/8th tank to ensure that there's never any starvation of fuel. When purchasing this item you acknowledge those items and we ask you to please keep them in mind so that you can enjoy the use of this product.

Additional cost for the Dual 6an style setup is due to there being 2 additional fuel lines as well 4 fittings and a High Flow Y-Block.

This all new billet top hat made by Fore Precision Works is the cutting edge of fuel system upgrades for the 03-04 Mach-1's. CNC machined from top notch billet aluminum then anodized for a long lasting protective finish. Offered in 2 different styles you can be sure that this hat will meet your need for a higher quality and more efficient top hat modification
Choose between:
Single 8an Outlet (Built in Y Block) which includes an extra port for a return line
or
Dual 6an Outlets
-Accommodates Dual Ford GT fuel pumps as well as wiring for Single or Dual FPDM's (Fuel Pump Driver Module)
-Direct replacement and bolts right in using an OEM gasket for a perfect seal as well as using the OEM fuel sending unit in the same stock location.
-Eliminates the PPRV and offers a direct in-tank hose routing to both fuel pumps for optimum fuel delivery.
-Two pairs of gas blocked 12 gauge conductors using 12ga Mil Spec fuel resistant wires for fuel pump wiring to the FPDM(s). This allows your Ford GT pumps to operate without losses from undersized OEM wires and will help in dropping duty cycle. Wiring for the ground and fuel level sender also included.
-No welding or caulk used in assembly or manufacturing. Full billet components use o-rings, OEM seals, and gas blocked through conductors.
-All assemblies are pressure tested prior to shipping.
The top hat includes:
- CNC Machined & Anodized Top Hat Assembly
- All Gas Blocked wiring for the Pumps, Ground and Level Sender including the proper spade connectors to connect the wires to each fuel pump
- Pre-cut and installed Gates 30R10 Submersible Fuel Hose for each pump
- All Fragola an Fittings
- New Bolts for mounting the assembly to the fuel tank
