You can simply slide this up over the pinch welds that connect the Rocker Panel to the floor pan next to the uni body with these trick jacking plates.

These can also be welded in place permanently in the location you like the best for jacking up your car and working on it.

Listed below are the various reasons for each type of installation.

Front Mounted: lifts the Front end one side at a time or the whole Front end end with 2 jacks to drop oil pan or install K-member or remove and replace the A-arms or install spring etc.

Middle Mounted: lifts the entire vehicle up on either side with one jack.

Rear Mounted: lifts the Rear end one side at a time or the whole rear end end with 2 jacks to set pinion angle or change anything or remove and replace the rear or intsall spring and or control arms etc.

Front and Rear Mounted: Are the most commonly selected install because it allows for any type of work at the track or at home with the safest possible setup as these plates will not let the jack slip of fall off because they seat at the bottom jacking cup.
