Less expensive than remachining a used block

The differences between the blocks built at Romeo and the ones that come from the Windsor plant are the following. The Romeo blocks have jackscrews that pre-load the main caps and the Windsor blocks use dowels. Windsor blocks have cross-bolts on all five main caps and the bolt pattern on the front of the blocks is the same as earlier Romeo blocks.
