These are sold as a pair however only one is needed for the license plate light. You will also have to remove the plastic cover of the LED light in order for the light to properly fit inside the license plate light housing. This does not compromise the longevity or performance of the Recon LED. The actual LED's are still protected from weathering. This process is very simple and takes a few seconds to do with a set of pliers.
