Fore Precision Works 05-09 Mustang Triple Pump Return Style Hat


Paving the way once again we introduce to you the first any only bolt-in return style fuel system solution for the S197 mustang. Although there's a large amount of folks that like a returnless style fuel system there's many that prefer to go return.

The solution is another billet creation from Fore Precision Works which allows you to run 1, 2 or 3 Walbro GSS 342 pumps in the stock fuel tank with no modification to anything required. The fuel assembly simply drops right into your fuel tank replacing the stock assembly. It comes with (3) -6an outlets and a -8an return port. The system can also be run in a dual pump configuration. All that's needed to run the 3rd pump would be the Triple Pump Upgrade kit and the additional pump

S197 Bolt-In Return Style Hat Features:
-Oversize pump retainer for up to 3 Walbro GSS342 pumps, snap on electrical connectors for pumps, and AN -8 fitting for return port
-Accommodates up to 3 Dual Walbro GS342 pumps.
-Direct replacement and bolts right in using an OEM gasket for a perfect seal as well as using the OEM fuel sending unit in the same stock location.
-Eliminates the PPRV and offers a direct in-tank hose routing to both fuel pumps for optimum fuel delivery.
-Three pairs of gas blocked 12 gauge conductors using 12ga Mil Spec fuel resistant wires for fuel pump wiring to the FPDM(s). This allows your Walbro GSS342 pumps to operate without losses from undersized OEM wires and will help in dropping duty cycle. Wiring for the ground and fuel level sender also included.
-No welding or caulk used in assembly or manufacturing. Full billet components use o-rings, OEM seals, and gas blocked through conductors.
-All assemblies are pressure tested prior to shipping.

The top hat includes:

• CNC Machined from high quality billet aluminum
• All Gas Blocked wiring for the Pumps, Ground and Level Sender including the proper spade connectors to connect the wires to each fuel pump
• Oversize pump retainer for Walbro GSS342 pumps, snap on electrical connectors for pumps, and AN -8 fitting for return port
• Pre-cut and installed Gates 30R10 Submersible Fuel Hose for each pump
  
• New Bolts for mounting the assembly to the fuel tank

Note: The Top hat assembly when purchased alone does not include: Fuel Pumps, Fuel Level Sender or OEM Gasket.

If you plan on running 3 pumps you will need to purchase the Third Pump Upgrade Kit which includes:
-All necessary in-tank fittings which will allow the 3rd pump to connect to the fuel hat.
-Fore Precision Works 3-into-1 Y-Block with Fittings.
-Additional Fuel Pump Pre-Filter

The Fore Precision Works top hat can be purchased by itself or as a fully assembled fuel system.
