NOTE: MAC Performance no longer offers their midpipes or catbacks with Durablack coating. They are now offered in Aluminized Steel versions. Aluminized steel is steel that has been hot-dip coated both sides with aluminum-silicon alloy. This process assures a tight metallurgical bond between the steel sheet and its aluminum coating, producing a material with a unique combination of properties possessed neither by steel nor by aluminum alone. Aluminized steel shows a better behavior against corrosion and keeps the properties of the base material steel for temperature lower than 800C.

This system is not for the weak-hearted. It's the ultimate in performance for your mustang. The 16-gauge mandrel bent tubing and mufflers are a true 2-1/2 or 3 inches (depending on which you choose) throughout the whole kit. The kit comes with MACs Flow Path® mufflers welded directly into the system, and does not use clamps or need welding. It is a True Fit bolt-on kit that comes with flange nuts, studs, and conveniently slips into stock hanger locations to provide an easy one-man installation. Note: All sizes of MAC Cat-Back Kits fit to Stock or any MAC Off-Road, Catalytic, or Pro-Chamber H-Pipes.
